Meet Dave! Dave Yarrington is a “venerable legend in the New England craft beer industry.” We didn’t say it, some guy did, but either way, we’re lucky to have Dave. He’s also one of the owners here at Chapel and his beer is what's flowing from our taps. Dave started his journey in beer some thirty years ago working around the world honing his craft, including just down the road in Hampton where he served as brewmaster at Smuttynose for more than a decade.

Dave is a constant journeyman and his approach to making good beer is trying new things with a careful hand. Whether it’s a new take on an old style or simply brewing the most tried-and-true lager you’ve ever had, Dave finds the art in it all.

Now, meet Maggie! She may not have several decades of experience, but… it’s a start! She’s been working and learning under Dave since 2020 and absolutely has a knack for it. Maggie is a good egg. She also likes long walks on the beach, Conan O’Brien (I believe the term is a “Conehead”), and is always looking to try new things.
